CINNAMON STREUSEL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 (4-serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tbsp. Crisco oil
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs

Blend all the ingredients at medium speed 2 minutes. Do not overmix.

Streusel:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Spread 3/4 batter in well-greased tube pan. Sprinkle 2/3 streusel mixture over batter. Add remaining batter. Sprinkle with the reserved streusel mixture.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 375°F or until done. Cool right side up 25 minutes. Remove from pan and glaze top side with 3/4 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon milk. Drizzle over cake.
