SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. Southern style hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
salt
3 tbsp. sour cream
soft butter
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
pepper
2 c. shredded cheese (mild or Longhorn)

Add all ingredients and fold over and over. Put some cheese on top. Squeeze butter on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
