ORANGE ICE CREAM 
5 oranges
1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Juice the oranges (about 1 3/4 to 2 cups of juice) and the lemon and strain. Add the lemon extract and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Beat the whipping cream until thick. Stir cream into the juice mixture. Place in the freezer, stirring every half hour until frozen.
