ORANGE - PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and let cool. Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer until frothy. Add sugar, mixing well. Stir in Jello and remaining ingredients. Pour into freezer can of a 1 gallon freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

Getting ready for a family reunion and siblings decided we would share home made ice cream in the afternoon. I was hungry for orange-pineapple ice cream - just like my Mom used to make us, but could not find her recipe. Tried this one and think I found it - wonderful creamy texture and so full of flavor!
