1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 cucumber, grated
1 sm. onion, grated
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Few drops green coloring

Mix all together, put in mold and chill in refrigerator until time to serve. Makes 1 quart.
