1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
1 med. cucumber, coarsely grated
Lettuce

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar, salt, and onion. Chill until begins to thicken. Stir in sour cream and cucumber. Pour into 6 individual molds or a loaf pan (12 x 5 x 3). Chill until firm. Unmold onto lettuce bed.
