LINGUINE & SHRIMP 
1/2 lb. linguine
1 lb. med. or lg. cooked shrimp
1 med. zucchini
1 med. yellow squash
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. Italian salad dressing
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Slice zucchini and yellow squash. Place squash, zucchini, onions, water, olive oil and salt in saucepan. Cook on low, stirring occasionally, heat until tender. Put all of salad dressing in another saucepan. Add shrimp and cook on low heat, 6-8 minutes.

Boil linguine according to directions on package. Drain and put back in pan. Add to linguine, squash mixture, shrimp and pepper to taste. Mix together. If macaroni seems dry, add water and oil; mix. Serve warm.
