LINGUINE AND SHRIMP 
1 lb. linguine, cooked
1 c. Italian dressing (low calorie okay)
1 lb. med. shelled deveined shrimp
1 yellow squash, cut in julienne strips
1 zucchini, cut in julienne strips
1 carrot, cut in julienne strips
6 scallions, cut in strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Cayenne pepper

In wok or iron skillet, heat Italian dressing. Add remaining ingredients, except linguine. Cook and stir 8-10 minutes. Add linguine; toss, garnish and enjoy! Will serve 6 normal people or 4 horse people.
