SHRIMP OR CRAB LINGUINE 
1 pkg. linguine, cooked per pkg. instructions
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shrimp or crab meat, chopped

Melt butter in small pan, add onion and garlic, saute 5 minutes. Keep warm. Drain linguine, place on serving dish. Pour butter-onion sauce over linguine. Sprinkle with parsley, toss gently. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with shrimp or crab.
