SHRIMP AND CRAB AU GRATIN 
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1 lb. sm. shrimp
1 lb. crab meat
1 med. onion, chopped
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 lb. sliced mushrooms

Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk and cream to the roux. Bring sauce to a boil. Add salt and pepper, 1/4 cup of 3 cheeses, shrimp, crab meat, onions, garlic and mushrooms, cook about 30 minutes. Put in baking dish, top with remaining Swiss and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees to melt cheese on top.
