SHRIMP AND CRAB AU GRATIN 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3/4 c. pasteurized cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cooked crab meat
1 c. boiled and peeled baby shrimp
1/4 c. cheese for topping (grated)

Melt butter in large skillet. Add flour, salt and milk. Stirring constantly cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Add cheese, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce and cook over low heat, until cheese is melted and well blended in the sauce.

Add crab meat and shrimp and mix well. Pour mixture in large casserole dish and put grated cheese on top. Bake until cheese browns and mixture is bubbly. Serve on toast or rice. Can also be baked in individual casserole dishes for serving.
