SHRIMP OR CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
40 med. to lg. mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs. crab meat or shrimp, shelled and deveined

Sutffing:

In a large bowl, mix:

2 lg. green onions, finely chopped
1/8 c. parsley, finely chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese (yellow or white)
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 stick butter, softened

Combine ingredients (except mushrooms and crab or shrimp) to make stuffing mixture.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms, and sauté the stems and caps in butter. Chop the stems and add to the stuffing mixture.

Stuff the caps with the stuffing. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve hot.

Note: Extra stuffing can be spread on toast and broiled.

Serve with a tomato slice on top.
