OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
10-12 c. popped corn
1/2 tsp. baking soda

1. Mix brown sugar, butter, Karo syrup, salt and vanilla. Boil 5 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

3. Pour over 10 to 12 cups popped corn.

4. Bake at 250 degrees for 60 minutes. Stir often.
