BAKED ZUCCHINI AND TOMATOES 
2 med. sized zucchini
2 med. sized tomatoes
2 med. sized mild onions
Salt and pepper
Butter
1 c. buttered crumbs

Wash zucchini but do not peel. Peel tomatoes and onions. Slice vegetables and alternate layers of zucchini, tomatoes, and onions; sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter (each layer). Spread buttered crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees until vegetables are tender.
