AUSTRIAN HORNS 
3 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 dry yeast
3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream

NUT MIXTURE:

1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Mix flour, butter and dry yeast. Mix egg yolks into sour cream. Add sour cream mixture into flour mixture. Makes a stiff dough. Refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into four parts. Roll each part out in nut mixture into a circle. Cut into 16 pieces and roll into a horn. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes on a greased pan. Yield: 64 horns.
