BUTTER HORNS 
PASTRY:

1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 egg yolk

Cut together flour, butter and sour cream; add egg yolk. Divide dough into 3 balls. Dust each ball with flour and chill for 2 hours.

Combine:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Roll out each ball into a circle, making dough fairly thin. Spread with sugar mixture and press in with a rolling pin. Cut each circle like a pie into 16 pieces. Roll each slice to point. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 48 horns.
