CURRIED CABBAGE 
An "I hate cabbage" recipe.

1 tbsp. safflower oil
2 tsp. mustard
seeds
1 tsp. turmeric
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
1 sm. head cabbage, cored, quartered & sliced thin
1/2 tsp. salt
Squirt of lemon juice

In large skillet, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and turmeric. Add onion quickly (to calm the mustard seeds down!) and saute several minutes, stirring often. Add cabbage and salt. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat, stirring until cabbage wilts. Squirt with fresh lemon wedges of lime juice. Serves 3 to 4 adults.
