1/2 c. oil
1 c. boiled water
4 eggs
1 white cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 2 loaf pans. Serves 6-8. Mix all together by hand. Enjoy with a cup of tea!
