PISTACHIO BREAD | |
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1 pkg. white cake mix (without pudding) 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. oil 4 lg. eggs Sugar and cinnamon Crushed nuts Combine pudding and cake mix in large bowl. Add sour cream, water and oil. Beat well. Add eggs, beat. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Pour layer of mixture in each pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and add remaining batter. Top with sugar and cinnamon and crushed nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. |
