OLD FASHIONED EGG NOODLES 
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
1-1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour

In mixing bowl combine egg, milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll dough thinly on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes. Roll up loosely. Slice into 1/4-inch wide. Unroll; cut noodles. Spread out. Let dry 2 hours. Use in soups, etc.
