4 c. flour 6 eggs Water (8 tbsp.) 2 tbsp. salt Place flour on counter, mound and make hold in center. Add salt, eggs and water in hole slowly mix flour into center until forms a ball of dough. Separate into 4 balls. Roll out and cut into noodles (pizza cutter works fast and well). Let dry on counter. |
