BANANA CAKE 
Cake:

1/2 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts and/or chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour milk (1 c. milk + 1 tbsp. vinegar)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together butter, sugar, banana, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda; add to banana mixture. Add nuts and/or chocolate chips.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Frost with White Creamy Icing (below).

White Creamy Icing:

3-4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter

In saucepan, mix flour, vanilla and milk; heat until paste-like. Let cool. Add butter and sugar; beat at high speed for 5 minutes until fluffy. Frost cake.
