WINE BISCUITS 
1 c. red wine
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
5 c. flour
2 to 3 drops of red food coloring (optional)

Makes a moist dough. Roll into "hotdog" length and form a knot. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Do not open oven for first 5 minutes of baking.
