WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. wild rice, rinsed
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Mushrooms (optional)

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
