WILD RICE HOT DISH 
2 c. wild rice, cooked
2 c. white rice, cooked
3 1/2 lbs. Fraboni sausage (half hot & half plain, casings removed)
3 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion
Chopped carrots for color
1/2 c. butter
Mushrooms
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans slivered almonds, shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water chestnuts, chopped

Slice sausage into 1/2 inch pieces. Brown sausage. Saute celery, onion, and carrots in butter until tender. Combine all ingredients. Add water, if needed. Toss lightly. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Stir several times.
