CHICKEN AND RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. wild rice (uncooked)
1 frying chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Mix rice, soup and milk together in casserole. Lightly salt and cut up chicken and place on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup on top. Seal tightly in foil and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
