CHICKEN WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. wild rice
2 c. water
3 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook wild rice in water for 1/2 hour. Layer all ingredients in 9 x 13 pan. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
