MEXICAN DISH 
1 bag Fritos
1 lb. chili con carne (no beans)
1 c. water
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
Grated cheddar cheese or American

Crush half Fritos layer in greased baking pan. Add water to chili con carne in a saucepan, warm. Pour over Fritos, top with onions, green peppers and cover with cheese. Then top off with more Fritos. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour or until vegetables are cooked.
