ICE CREAM DESSERT 
2 c. Rice Chex cereal, crushed
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar

Mix together by hand.

Add: 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1/2 gallon ice cream (any flavor)

Spread 2/3 of this mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan. Pat down. Set in freezer until firm. Spread 1/2 gallon of soft ice cream over crust. Sprinkle remainder of mixture on top of ice cream. Set overnight in freezer. Serves 12 to 15.

This dessert was made at one of our sorority meeting when we had 2 other sororities there. They all enjoyed the dessert.
