JACKIE'S COLE SLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 sweet bell pepper (red or green)
1 tbsp. minced parsley
Black olives to taste, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. olive oil

Blend all seasonings into vinegar. Slowly beat in the olive oil. Add to cabbage, peppers and olives. Toss and chill before serving.
