ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 c. zucchini, very thinly sliced 1 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tbsp. marjoram 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 clove garlic 1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs, beaten Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This recipe can be doubled or tripled and part of your bread can be frozen. |
