NO KNEAD ROLLS 
1 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
5 c. flour
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. cold water
2 eggs, beaten

Add sugar, oil, salt and cold water to scalded milk. Mix in well beaten eggs and yeast. Gradually add flour, mixing well. Cover bowl with wax paper until double. Divide in 3 parts and roll out as usual as cinnamon rolls. Slice about 1 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
