NO - KNEAD REFRIGERATOR ROLLS | |
2 c. water, warm 2 pkg. active dry yeast 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 6 1/2-7 c. flour 1 egg 1/4 c. soft shortening In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt and about half the flour. Beat 2 minutes. Add egg and shortening, beat in gradually rest of flour until smooth. Cover with damp cloth. Place in refrigerator. Punch down occasionally as dough rises, make out into rolls. Let raise to double. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. |
