NO KNEAD REFRIGERATOR ROLLS | |
2 pkg. dry yeast 1/2 c. sugar 6 c. flour 2 c. warm water 2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/4 c. cooking oil Add yeast to warm water, stir until dissolved. Add sugar, salt and half of the flour. Mix well. Add egg and oil; mix well. Gradually add enough flour to form fairly stiff dough. Cover with damp cloth. Let raise; punch down and form into rolls. Let raise and bake at 400 degrees about 12 minutes. If you do not plan to use them right away, dough may be stored in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days. Dampen cloth daily. |
