1 salt
2 c. cold water
2 c. flour
3-4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. oil
Food coloring of your choice

Measure water in pan and add color. Put on medium heat, add salt, flour, oil and cream of tartar, stir. Cook until starts to thicken over low heat. Put on wax paper. Stays soft and pliable for months if you keep it in airtight container. Have fun!!
