1 c. flour
1/4 c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 tsp. food coloring
1 tbsp. oil

Mix dry ingredients in medium pan. Add water, oil and food coloring. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. It will look like a globby mess but it will be ok. When it forms a ball in center of pan, turn onto a floured board and knead. Store in airtight container.
