PLAYDOUGH 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. baby oil

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. (Cook until playdough is no longer sticky, don't undercook.) Knead. Add food coloring, if desired. This playdough keeps exceptionally well if stored in an airtight container.
