FINGER STEAKS 
2 eggs
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 round steak

If meat is not already tenderized. Tenderize it by pounding meat with mallet, then cut into thin strips. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, add meat to batter and marinate for 1 hour or longer. Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown. Makes enough for big family.
