3 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix thoroughly. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Should the mixture be too moist, uncover and continue baking a little longer.
