RABBIT PIE 
3 c. cooked rabbit meat
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour, sifted
2 c. rabbit broth
Salt & pepper
Add peas, carrots and potatoes to taste

Dice rabbit meat coarsely. Heat butter in large frying pan. Blend in flour and cook until mixture bubbles. Gradually pour in broth, stirring constantly. Cook until thick and smooth. Add cooked peas, cooked carrots, cooked potatoes, salt and pepper. Add meat to sauce and heat thoroughly. Pour mixture into shallow baking dish or pan and let stand while preparing pastry.
