BAKED INDIAN PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
5 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. molasses
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. raisins
2 eggs

Heat milk and add cornmeal, flour, salt, molasses, sugar, spices. Cook in double boiler 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add butter. When partially cool beat in two eggs and add raisins. Stir in another cup of milk. Bake in slow oven at 250 degrees - for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
