CAMPFIRE POTATOES 
5 potatoes
1 onion
6 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/3 chicken broth

Slice potatoes and onions on large piece of foil. Dot with butter. Combine cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes; fold foil and seal. Grill 30 to 40 minutes.
