ITALIAN BEEF 
1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 c. water

Combine roast, dressing mix and water in crock pot. Turn crock pot on high for 7 hours then low until ready to serve. Shred beef with fork and serve with hard rolls. Pepperocini may be used for garnish.

Better make a double batch. Everyone will want seconds.
