ZUCCHINI RAISIN BARS 
1/2 c. butter or Fleischmann's butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Cream until light and fluffy.

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

and stir in the last 2 ingredients:

1 1/2 c. unpeeled grated zucchini, drained
1 c. raisins (I like to plump the raisins and drain them well.)

Bake in a 9x13 pan in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. For a thinner bar, bake in a cookie sheet.

FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter

Cream well with mixer and add about 2 cups powdered sugar or enough to make it of right spreading consistency and add 1/4 teaspoon black walnut flavor.
