PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Follow directions on cake mix box, but add 1/3 cup water. Bake about 20 minutes in 13x18 inch pan. Cool.

Spread 1 (1 pound) can of drained crushed pineapple on top of cooled cake.

Mix 1 large package instant vanilla pudding, use the pineapple juice and add milk to make 2 1/2 cups. Add 1 large package of cream cheese to the pudding and beat well. Spread on cake. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and/or coconut.
