PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapples with juice
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour first 5 ingredients into sheet cake pan. Mix next 2 ingredients and sprinkle over first mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Foil last 4 ingredients for 3 minutes and pour over hot cake when it is done.
