2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Grease and flour 10x15 cookie sheet pan. Combine all ingredients and pour in pan. Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Blend well.
