PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple

Combine all in a large mixing bowl, beat well. Pour batter into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly, top with frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanillas

Beat until smooth. Spread over warm cake. Cut into squares.
