CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise (should use less)
1 c. Cool Whip (should use less)

Mix ingredients; toss with mayonnaise. Fold in Cool Whip. Serve on bed of lettuce with tomato.
