CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 red apple, cored and cut into bite size pieces
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
20-30 red seedless grapes, cut in half
1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce leaves with crackers. Makes an excellent weekend lunch.
